In our fully equipped machine shop, we house a comprehensive range of machinery, such as Trevision, VMC, HBM, and more, enabling us to meet diverse machining requirements with utmost precision and expertise.

At Western Precicast, quality is not just a goal; it's our commitment. Our NDE/NDT facilities encompass MP, DP, and UT tests, alongside radiography capabilities utilizing Linac (6MeV), Iridium (1 enclosure), and Cobalt (3 enclosures). We leverage a state-of-the-art spectrometer with 32 channels for precise composition analysis.

Moreover, our quality inspection facilities include cutting-edge tools such as a Faro arm for 3D scanning and GDNT with a 2.7 m capacity, UTM and Impact Testing Machines, and various hardness testing equipment like Ferritescope.
